goods in the fashion sector. Jointly hosted with the UK Fashion and Textile Association.
Their seminar will cover the following areas:
- the importance of terms and conditions of sale and purchase;
- what happens if there is force majeure or a contract is frustrated; and
- the impact which non-performance of a contract can have on each of the sellers,
- buyer, agent, and distributor.
Steve Sidkin, partner; Millie Pierce, associate and Hannah McCullagh, an associate from Fox Williams LLP’s Fashion Law Group, will lead the seminar.
